Please, don't get me wrong, these cookies are the best cookies you'll ever buy and bake! They're so soft, not too sweet, and the chocolate chips melt in your mouth! They arrived a day early, which was great. Also, they come packed in a styrofoam box with dry ice. That styrofoam box is then packed into a cardboard box--which was wet on the outside when it arrived. The 4 bags of cookies were nice and frozen when I got my hands on them.Now, the problem I had, which is no fault of the seller or manufacturer; is, I thought these were going to be like the ones I use to buy at college. The ones at college were so large and had the big chocolate squares--oh man, you just don't know what you're getting into when you eat these. They are sooooooooooo, good! I can't even express in words how good these cookies are!Again, this was all my fault--no fault of Amazon, the seller, or the manufacturer. I purchased the wrong cookies :(. So yea, I'm sad about that. Now, although very yummy, I have 20 pounds of regular sized cookies with chocolate chips. These bake to about 4" round. Maybe I'll just bake these for people this Holiday season.Sadly, I won't be able to eat those big cookies I like so much. I was so excited to bake the big ones for a party were having next month. I don't have enough money to buy the correct ones. I'll need to save up some more money to be able to buy the other one. I think the correct one is, "Otis Spunkmeyer Gourmet Chocolate Chunk Bagged Cookie Dough, 5 Pound Bag - 4 per case" that I was looking for.Again, the latter was my fault. If you buy these cookies, they are so very yummy! They are so good, but it won't give you the same experience as those large chocolate chunk cookies--I'm so darn sad :,(.Sadness ensues until I can come up with $150 cash for the correct ones.All the best everyone! Buy these, and enjoy them. The baked ones won't last, so eat them up yum!
